EARTHLY WAYS

1) AIRFARES:The tour is round trip Los angeles- Baja- Los Angeles. Airfares are not included in the cost of the tour. It is usually easiest to get the best prices for tickets in your own country, but we will do our best to assist you if required. Please feel free to contact us.

2) REFUND POLICY:Due to time it takes for preparation of the trip we cannot give refunds for cancellations during the tour.

Cancellations:The following cancellation charges will apply.
60 to 31 days before departure	--10%
30 to 15 days before departure	--20%
14 to 8 days before departure	--30%
7 to 1 day before departure	--55%
On or after departure date	--100% forfeiture of tour price per person

3) We will do our best to book the dates you request for, at times it may be sold out, so please be sure to have alternate dates in mind.

4) Failure to pay balance as specified will result in loss of booking dates & deposite.

5) Payment or part payment constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

6) It is your responsibility for having valid passports and proper papers upon entering the U.S.

7) Deposit:A 40% deposits is due within 10 days of the reservation date.
Failure to meet the deposit requirement will result in release of reservation. Final payment must be received by E.W., 30 days before the commencement of the tour. Deposite is non-refundable.

8) Please note that tours will depart promptly as scheduled. We have an itinerary to follow and if you miss the departure time from L.A., for whatever reason, we will have to act in the best interests of our remaining clients and proceed without you. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
